Life Center Relocation
Strategically relocating our downtown Life Center to a larger location will increase our proximity to need and enable us to expand on our community programs. We are envisioning facilities that provide local families and individuals with educational opportunities, laundry facilities, community gathering spaces, as well as resources like food and clothing. We believe an inspiring and uplifting space speaks dignity into the hearts of visitors. (Phase 1)

Single-Mother Housing
Our city has a reportedly high rate of spousal abuse, and single moms are in particularly difficult situations. We are helping kickstart a program that guides families toward stability through transitional housing, financial planning, and job-skill training for single moms. Let’s empower women to find a sense of dignity and purpose in their community and help break the cycle.
Update: As with most large projects, there have been some unexpected delays. But we have not forgotten and will continue taking steps toward progress.

Refugee Response
We are working alongside a local business partner to help displaced families from Yemen find a sense of home and sanctuary in our city. This will include restoring houses and efforts to help refugees feel more at home in an unfamiliar environment. This is a response to the humanitarian crisis of the 7-Year War and daily bombings happening in Yemen.
Update: As we announced last year, we partnered with MFI and YWAM to support encamped Syrian refugees with blankets and keroseen.

Elevating Haiti
We are continuing to partner with Elevating Christian Ministries in feeding and empowering sustainable practices on the island of Île-à-Vache, a forgotten island off Haiti that receives no government assistance.

Ministry Support
With the challenges COVID season has left on attendance and giving, we need to restore our ministry reach to its full potential in the coming seasons of church.

Day of Hope
A full day dedicated to strengthening Rochester's local community during back-to-school season. We hand out backpacks and school supplies at local rec centers and help with clean-up and repairs around the neighborhoods.
Update: Done! The annual Day of Hope took place on August 28th, 2021.
