GOD BEHIND BARS
Providing hope and restoration to those behind bars is an ongoing initiative and commitment. TFH has partnered with God Behind Bars to pioneer all efforts in New York State. We continue to push this mission forward for the sake of reaching this community with live worship, teaching, outreach projects, special event gatherings, supporting the re-entry of incarcerated individuals back into community as well as chart the course for other churches in our state to join the journey.

HAITI
Partnering with Elevating Christian Ministries (ECM) to feed (daily) approx. 5,000 kids under the age of 13 for one school year, across 18 schools on the island of Ile a Vache, a forgotten island off Haiti that receives little to no government assistance. We are proud to partner with ECM as they further develop programs across Haiti that bring dignity to people, empowering them to take care of themselves, provide employment opportunities through local businesses (bakers and brick makers) while supporting the local economy by purchasing local products.

16 Acre Community Garden
The dream is to cultivate a well designed garden that not only provides food for those in need but provides a space for involvement and community. Our goal is to create space on the 16 acres of land (adjacent to our church) where our community (inter- generational) can learn to grow vegetables, fruit, flowers, engage in sustainable and regenerative practices and be restored to the seasonal nature of a garden. Throughout history, humanity has instinctively turned to gardening when faced with insecurity and turmoil. Water and soil remind us that we are part of the simplicity of God’s creation. Gardening requires the same practices as many of the most formative spiritual practices—patience and attentiveness that in turn cultivates in us the posture that draw us closer to God and one another.

HOPE FESTIVAL 2024
This year we will host our eight annual DAY OF HOPE festival through our Life Center. A day where we are able to have proximity to our downtown community by providing health and life services, partner on service projects, provide school supplies, haircuts and a space to show up to celebrate, have fun together and extend hope to those in our city.
