Awareness helps one in understanding issues involving ethics, power and values. It lends itself to being able to view most situations from a more integrated, holistic position. As Greenleaf observed: “Awareness is not a giver of solace—it is just the opposite. It is a disturber and an awakener. Able leaders are usually sharply awake and reasonably disturbed. They are not seekers after solace. They have their own inner serenity.

Great teammates are made of people that understand teams accomplish more than individuals – discuss how our work team gets things done together.

Take the idea of “energetic growth makes teams bigger” to your team – identify how you can recruit more people to the team you lead.

Who are weekend services designed for and how do we know if we are hitting objectives? Develop a list of objectives for your weekend team and take these objectives to them for a discussion and implementation.
