R.LIFE | SMALL GROUPS AT THE FATHER’S HOUSE

Everyone needs community. We were never meant to “do life” alone. In fact, God created us to be in community…with Him and with others. Here at The Father’s House we gather for community through small groups we call rLife. We are currently in Spring Season 2012 | May 6-June 30

We have 4 different types of rLife groups. All have a specific purpose and meet a specific need. Home Groups, Interest Groups, Support Groups & rGeneration groups for youth.

Home Groups

Our home groups offer a personal experience where members develop close connections, a family feel. More than a bible study, members are encouraged to hold one another accountable to living out the truth of God’s Word in their daily lives. Home Groups meet throughout Monroe County in host homes for a more personal environment. We offer groups for men, women, couples, singles, families, and young adults.

Interest Groups

Interest groups provide the opportunity for individuals to gather together in community in a more informal environment. Relationship and community are built around a specific activity. Members gather weekly, discuss life, God and grow together all within the context of their shared interest.

Support Groups

Sometimes in life we would benefit from a more supportive environment, one where we can share our struggles and find the strength to overcome through prayer, the truth of God’s Word, and accountability. Our Support Groups offer this type of intimate community for TFH Attenders. Groups meet weekly and cover a variety of topics to overcome the “hurts, habits, and hang-ups” in our lives. We provide separate groups for men and women.

We encourage you to choose another group, however we understand that in some cases this is not possible. To assist you, we’ve created an rLife Waiting List.  Please fill out this form and we will contact you if an opening becomes available in the group of your choice.

 

 

rGeneration – rGeneration (rGen) are groups specifically designed for our Jr and Sr High Students. rGen is all about building community and creating a safe place for students to strengthen friendships and grow in their journey with God. rGen meets bi-weekly in host homes throughout Monroe County. We provide groups for Jr High boys, Jr High Girls, Sr High boys, and Sr High girls.

rLife meets during 4 different seasons; each season runs about 8-10 weeks long and gather throughout Monroe County in host homes at all different times of the week.
