FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there assigned seating? 

All tickets are general admission. Seating is based on first come, first serve.

When is the box office open?

The box office is open at our Chili and Greece campuses during weekend services, as well as Monday-Thursday 9-4pm at our central offices.

How much are the tickets?

Children 10 and under are free. Adults (11+) in the auditorium are $5 each.

What if an event is sold out?

If an event is sold out, we hope that one of our other event times is accommodating.

What if I don’t have a ticket can I still come to Falala?

In order to ensure appropriate seating for each experience, this year we require a ticket for entry.

Are tickets transferable to other events?

Please visit one of our box office locations or contact us 48 hours before your ticketed event. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Why are you ticketing this event? 

The event is ticketed to support and sustain parking, traffic and crowd control.

Why is there a cost for tickets this year?

We are charging $5 per adult ticket to raise money for the Life Center and our Food Pantry. 100% of proceeds go towards the missions efforts at The Father’s House.

Can I get a refund? 

Tickets are non-refundable. If for some reason you are unable to attend, we encourage you to gift your ticket to a friend or family member, or to bring your ticket to the box office to open up your seat for someone else who would like to attend.

How are my tickets delivered?

Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office. If you reserve your tickets online, you will have the option of picking up your tickets at the box office, receiving them in the mail or at will call prior to attending FALALA.

Is childcare available?

Yes! We have childcare prepared for ages 0-5 during the indoor experience. Reserve a childcare ticket for them when reserving your own tickets. Once the indoor experience has ended, please pick up your children before going out to the village.

Where do I check my child in?

Kid’s checkin is located on the east side of our building, closest to the TFH Café. Childcare tickets will need to be present at the TFHKids entry.

If we are volunteering, do we need to reserve tickets?

In order to ensure proper space for seating, we ask that if you are volunteering for a specific experience that you do not sit in that experience. Please reserve a ticket for the time that you will be attending. We will not be reserving special seating for volunteers.

Where are the restrooms?

The restrooms are located in the center of the lobby.

What do I need to bring to get in?

Please bring your paper ticket that you received at the Box Office or in the mail, one per attendee. If for some reason you misplaced your ticket or did not receive one, please see us at the Box Office.
