We had an amazing first night at our first night of Leadership Academy! Over 300 people came out for week 1, and we had our first round of teachings on Spiritual Leadership, Self Leadership, Peer Leadership and Team Leadership. Below are recordings from night 1 made available especially for you as members of Leadership Academy.

Leaders have traditionally been valued for their communication and decision-making skills. Although these are important skills for the servant-leader, they need to be reinforced by a deep commitment to listen intently to others receptively.

Look at 10 different workplace motivators, identify what your motivators are, and talk to your leader about them.

Teams need catalysts and spark-plugs to bring energy, passion and creativity – identify and put in place being a spark-plug on the team.
